Salary growth and due client delay sharing of data work life balance will not be able to maintain, saturday is said to be half day but it is not.

Job in my team requires a lot travelling, although all expenses are reimbursed by company. And they allows you to avail good communication measures.

Constant learning, innovative ideas, new type of work all the time. Effective and knowledgeable leadership. Entertaining atmosphere. Bosses listen to suggestions. Employees feel valued.

Dislikes

No fixed login and logout time, no holiday on Saturday, feedback delivery method very poor, bashing of employees in front of everyone.

As fresher you can learn a lot, but it totally depends on which department you're getting into, avoid taxation and valuation department at any cost if you want peace in your life. You can choose valuation department since it opens many other opportunities for you. But certainly kgrs is just toxic and the culture their article posses is just pathetic. One should definitely avoid this ca firm.

Nothing absolutely nothing even if you're in a dire situation of cash crunch do labor but please avoid this ca firm at any cost. All the partner here after hiring treats you as if they own you. Toxic behaviour is least anyone can say about this firm. All he partners are narcissist. Moreover you won't even get your mentioned holidays. You will be harrassed for taking your own holidays. It's crass CA firm.

1. Lack of appreciation, motivation and guidance from partners and employees. 2. Unnecessary segregation of departments makes it hard to learn skill beyond the scope of assigned department 3. Policy of allowing leaves
