...ecided to sent me to the office in Shahghai, but as you can see, I am not there. That's all I can say) I haven't got my salary after a year of staying in Qatar. Moreover, they didn't provide me and other employees with the local PS. On the beginning, they paid for lodging, but when I started arguing about countless delays, they stopped doing this. I wrote to the headquarters, but no one replied, they just explored my post in linkedin) People who sent me to the Middle East a year ago (their names are Camilla Arjanayeva and Simon Cross) just left us alone. I don't want to argue, but I want future employees to think twice about this f...cking company. They left me and my family, and they may leave you alone, face to face with the problems. Indians say they believe in carma, so I hope the chairman will face the problems I used to) Thank you for the time I wasted on your f.cking conglomerate,dudes!;)

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

KGK Creations India Pvt Ltd offers no security, sacking employees at any time. They have very poor management and HR policies. If they give you a holiday on Saturday, they adjust it against your PL, CL, or SL, so basically there are no free leaves in this organization. The CEO is more focused on catching employees using phones during working hours, gives his personal work to some employees and only gives them growth opportunities, while others who deserve it are ignored. The owner shifts the company outside Mumbai whenever he wants, there are lots of cockroaches in office desks, and during heavy rain, they don't let you leave early. So think twice before joining this shit company
