...lary is not constrain due to company accrue a loss in business for past 4 years. salary will be credited on after 20th of every month, layoff and percentage wise salary deduction will be there for every month. My personal suggestion joining at this time is not recommended.

Don't choose this company if you want to make good career to yourself. They don't pay salaries properly you will get scold from customers because of the company false promises. Customer services and Committments was very worst.
