Karvy is one the best big company and l 10000 members of employees I there weekly some special, work very enjoyed and comfortable managers they give suggestions and updates, working analytical, Cafe,good atmosphere

Karvy is very good but if we go about salary wise very poor company will asking only work they never botherd about is employees company need only work..

they never give proper appraisal if we work more then 3 years also and company alloted 5people work to only 3people.. who can possible 5 people work to do only 3 people..

No salary hike if you give loyalty to this company it Will be your worst mistake no proper login hour you will work on sunday too and even late night at the end no compensation and incentives for extra working hour There is zero work life balance there is no life at all you go to office and come back home even then you will have to work but salary hike 0% so your life will be hell don't join there are better companies then this the chief people officer is a doesn't understand such issues since hr has no work as they think others don't have too
