I want to work at KFC because of the skills you can learn here.I feel like because you have to deal with customer on busy days it teaches you how to work fast and multitask at the same time which is a really great skill to have and can be applied in everyday life and future careers.

I had a very poor experience at KFC the work atmosphere which was created is very bad. They just keep on blame you because of the work, there's no value for the position which should be given and high work pressure created by seniors they don't even bother to resolve your problems and mainly don't seek respect they don't know that, while hiring they made us feel so wow but with in one month we gotta know there true colours. And the proof is they have hired 40MT's where with in few months the number went to 15 now. This shows there efficiency. Totally worst.

...to bare many nonsense things. And there bonus plan we never understand till now. They gave us annual salary hike and the next month only they said some story about provident fund and they have taken back the appraisal which was given. Such a stupidity and fraud. Employees till now haven't understand what they are trying to explain and they just flip accordingly. Totally stupidity.

Dislikes

Here u need to be close to with Area coach or Ops manager then will u survive. Small mistake happened they will start taunt you. Hire the staff no foods allowed to eat & if they miss the regurlisation they will not get the salary work,load like hell. There is no time for food & for toilet also. Audit audit & audit.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
