...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Internal employees get Less salary who are internally promoted as compared to external employees they are hired for the same position.

Here u need to be close to with Area coach or Ops manager then will u survive. Small mistake happened they will start taunt you. Hire the staff no foods allowed to eat & if they miss the regurlisation they will not get the salary work,load like hell. There is no time for food & for toilet also. Audit audit & audit.

Not good only audits no work balance HR won't take responsibility of man power we have to work like hell for line staff

Kfc te 1st joining 9700/ In hand bola hoyechilo, But akhon time komiye salary o onek kom deoya hoche 4000- 4500, ei vabe cholle ki vabe hobe, ki vabe sonar cholbe, R baki taka ta kotha theke asbe 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Manus ke manus bole mone kora hoy na....
