My team mates are good have enough talent and will help at everytime. Worst work life balance sometimes you feel hectic because of work load and pressure even for small mistakes you will treated like dog. More politics people will be having good hike and opportunities only who plays mind game but not genuine. Training is good job security you can't guess it's on your performance and behaviour. Salary hike is also politics, work environment is worst only good at sometimes. You can learning nothing if you are at one team process. Innovation I say they don't know the meaning of it. It's the same corporate who is greedy for money. For employees they should be working like hell for benefits and no proper recognition for everyone not treated equally.

Politics, not treated equally, no good hike only performance based for that you should work like hell, same corporate cheating, politics, greedy.

Huge politics in the organisation. All managers expect and welcome bucketing. Especially the manager Karthik of LKQ-AP is horrible, he always stresses and plays with the mental ability of his subordinates

Dislikes

No corporate culture at all. No freedom, no shift allowance, no vendor food facility, no play area and no indoor games facility. Only politics.
