very less increment, salary is less compared to market value. And I believe you like a company or not partially depends on the manager, if your manager is not good your life will be hell. Right now I am facing the same problem.

...ollowing its own culture which is pathetic. Micromanagement in GBS BO team only. No hike from 2022. Working hour is strict only in GBS BO Forced to come to office for work.

...e tenured people say that management gets happy when team member leaves the job. It's a cost cutting to them. So, you can just take your experience and can move to another job. Specially, BO team is very terrible. You will definitely not like the environment of that team .

Handsome salary for on-roll folks and working hours are good

Dislikes

Here teams are sub divided in such a way that you only work on some specific skills and not allowed to learn others task/process easily, whereas in market requires multiple skills which is integral thing of all the sub teams. Here contractual folks are not allowed to participate in lean or other major projects. Only used for data clean-up.

Only good part is having nice compensation and benefits, rest all are below average.

Nothing to cherish about be it culture, training programs and growth programs. Just slog without any carrier roadmap
