Dislikes

Working in Key's hotel was really good and I got many chances to experience new things. The policies of the company are flexible. Problems of the staff are accessed properly. Management are very good and we get very friendly working environment with excellent senior and helpful managers.

Pathetic management. Only the owners mr. Advani r good with staff..

There is no reason to work with this hotel. management is theaf they will steal your salary u have to run for a week to get your pay slip...all staff, hod r just a casuall even g. U will come to know when u will b there for interview. Hr no respect for staff...food at cafeteria teribble. Fom is a liar and plays politics. No one wants to work with this property once u resign they will hold ur salary n only god knows when they will release..hr will insult u and will abusive u... Pls dont work in this hotel...

poor management and full of political staff. no job security my advise to sincere IT person not to join . you will work there only for 6 month and after that you will have to leave a job by yourself.
