...the keypoint. Because keypoint didn't fulfil the term & condition of the client. After contract cancelation they terminated me even keypoint didn't given my salary. I have work for keypoint 1.9 month. very bad company it is.

I was selected in their interview and they shared an offer letter with a detailed salary breakdown, the on boarding process was unexpectedly canceled. They wanted me join in next 2 days after getting the offer, but the previous discussion was to join in next 1.5 days. I was informed that my 1.5 years of experience became a decisive factor in their decision. How come they created new point, but they had already gone through my documents a week ago. I was unemployed for a month because I already declined to 2 other companies.

There is no growth, no leadership, no systematic protocols. Everyone works at their own timelines. The blame game, politics are really high, and the employee retention is zero

If there is no career growth the company is of no user. Nothing left there which I like about kPoint

No career growth.The commit one position and place you on the other. They just change the path of a person’s career.
