I joined this company on Feb 10th, after an extensive and exhausting month long interview process. This included a week long assignment and 4 rounds of interviews with HR, the Founder (Nidhi Saraf) and the co founder. Throughout the process, my designation was Management trainees/ Intern, and everything seemed professional - until I actually joined. From day one, things stared going downhill. Along with me 3 other management trainees joined on the same date. Instead of starting at the office, we were unexpectedly asked to work from home for the first week without prior notice. the founder assured us that onboarding and laptop allocation would be done within a week, but i had to use my personal laptop for 2 weeks, despite her initial commitment. There was no proper onboarding, no induction and no structured process when I joined. Everything was disorganized, and employees were expected to figure out on their own while dealing with constant last minute changes and unrealistic expectations. During the interview the work location was MIDC (Andheri East), but after joining, the founder suddenly changed it to Malad without prior discussion. When i raised this concern her response was dismissive and insensitive. "you haven't even started working and you already have problems, I dont know what to do with you" Still i went through and tried to make things work. But what followed was two weeks of complete chaos. Working under the founder was a nightmare. she is a extreme micromanager, scrutinizing even the slightest facial expressions. Talking to colleagues even about work was discouraged. Personal remarks, public humiliation and constant yelling were a daily occurrence. She fired 2 employees within two weeks of joining simply because of her own poor communication and lack of clarity. on 5th March, despite keeping her informed about the work i was doing, she publicly humiliated me in a conference call. right after that, she forced me into a google meet call, where she verbally abused and shouted at me for 40 mins. Her final words? "the management has decided to let you go." and just like that, I was terminated on the spot all for not meeting the unrealistic expectations of the CEO who wants experience professionals but pays an intern's salary Oh did i mention Out of the 4 management trainees 3 of then were fired within 2 weeks of joining. the founder is insecure, unprofessional, and lacks basic leadership skills. she expects employees to work 24/7, including weekends with on boundaries and no respect for their well-being. If you're considering joining this company - DON'T. They will exploit you, belittle you and make your life miserable. SPREAD THE WORD

The Fonder and CEO is impossible to bare because she has a problem with anything and everything. She lacks basic skills like patience, leadership, empathy etc. she vents out her frustration on her employees all the time and if she has a problem with you for some unknow reason, she will make sure to make your life a living hell in that company. In an Investment banking company the analyst team is of 2 people and there are 3 HR's Because she doesn't believe in making employees comfortable and making them understand the work first by clear communication, instead she will constantly yell at you in front of the whole company, make fake promises and blame you for the slightest inconvenience while expecting interns to perform as experienced professionals and if you fail to meet her unrealistic expectations she will terminate you on the spot by saying "I have increased by HR team by 3x and they will get new candidates for me" If you still feel that the company might not be that bad, check them on Linkedin Barring 2 none of the other employees could last more than 7 months in this company because the problem is the management.
