Horrible leadership which includes Ravi Tibrewal, Finance Director. The MD is equally a useless person with no freedom to work. No recognition of hard work & poor job security. They never listen to customers & have had many fights in the past. No tangible competition keeps them going. Very poor employee relationships & a hopeless management.

Promotions is not given, as per standard and also even we done good, maneger will demotivate us there is no encouraging to do good, if done good they will show their reporting manager they done like that.

I don't like to work with kewaunee due to Mr. Yallalinga's poor leadership & manners

Dislikes

Mr. Yallalinga shall be replaced from the post. As I have a bad experience to work with him. He is not a good mentor. I faced mental torture from him.

Likes

Kewaunee is looking at aggressive growth in coming years. Hence, the learning opportunities would be huge. I get freedom to plan and implement my ideas which are aligned to company's vision. I feel the job security is high here as the company has never laid off any employee except in case of integrity issues. I always see my manager coaching & mentoring me whenever i need it. The work culture is open and approachable. Employees can walk-in and speak to anyone from MD to a helper. The management is extremely sensitive towards people and there's always a conversation around giving better quality of life to employees and contributing towards the society.

Dislikes

Though there is lot of appreciation and recognition for work but I feel the growth is slow as promotions happens only in terms of grade but role enhancement is a challenge. The leadership and managers do not speak about career planning and growth with their teams.

Likes

Kewaunee company is dealing with Pharma, oil refinery and R D centre, right now this segment of customers growing like anything and we don't have any issues about our business atleast next 3 years. Management dealing with very friendly with top to bottom team management Management has created very good policies which is beneficial to both the parties and clear cir SOP derived for work flow.

Dislikes

There is no time limit for work, work-life balance need to monitor properly
