It was an excellent opportunity working good 6 years with this reputed and big group, got balance of both compensation and benefits, good living standards and a good working atmosphere, reward like family tour to Europe as incentive. when you perform you are secured and when you dont you are not, chances of growth in the company hierarchy was good as company gives open competition to perform and grow. Working environment was average with balance of work and personal life, but inspite of all these one has to move on for a better prospect in career.

Dislikes

Flow of communication in hierarchy is poor that's makes the work momentum slow in taking action and this gives lots of undesired setbacks specially in sales where prompt decisions make you achieve big deals and make you rise. Top managements do not value individual's strength, they dont believe in training and helping subordinates in their weaker areas. if your subordinate does not perform well this indicates your failure also.

The worst ever group i have come across. All people including directors are so egoistic as if they are the only ones running this group. Top level management is worst. No decision making skills. Pathetic people and no support from team. Its like you are here for hell. Never recommend anyone to join this pathetic group.

This organisation will get you peace of mind, you just need to ensure to not get in unnecessary disputes, people are very tolerant and supportive, seniors are very very good people, you probably will not find in other company, this is a company to get retire .

Company doesn't compromise on loosing any customer and market share and blame is fully on the employee with whatever reasons. Those working there for more than 30 years are slow in value addition to the company because of this overall progress becomes slower.
