...am. Company needs to be more young and gender balanced in all the departments Company promises Rs100 as Variable pay and will end up giving Rs32-37 irrespective of your performance. It’s flat for the entire workforce Unnecessary micro management both by Top level as well as senior level management. Company is frightened of GROWTH. It’s is madly in love with mediocracy. From CEO to VP to Associate Director. HR is just a function for daily operations. Doesn’t have much say in any decision making. Employee have zero hopes from the department. Process has zero importance. There are instances when yearly performance reviews has not happened in the company If we compare with its peers the company pays considerably lower and no where near to MNCs. As a result company has seen huge talent drain in the recent past

careless and non productive strategies of lower management , ignorant towards juniors suggestions and non responsive towards losses, pathetic towards decision making , poor in subject matter expert , racism , intentional insulting for dominance.

Your Job description is not good as per technical standards. Ground level no technical person and most of job done by contract systems so long time company profit margin due to this its good but company life and culture disturb......

The company is open to innovation & readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I was a part of a team. Another plus point was that my colleagues came from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

Ours is family organisation & our owners Are very caring people. If u are Attentive to job given to u u are bound to have prospects. Company has paid all employees, contract labour, consultants During pandemic lockdown.we are almost 100 year old organisation its a marathon task achieved by owners.Its 3 rd generation now playing major role. We will Continue to grow & touch new horizons.
