There is nothing to like to work here in a lif time basis. Currently here has a terrible worst condition and worst work culture. Management is in totally null condition.

Don't recomand any one to join this company.we don't know when the company announced lockedout.work culture & environment is very condition.company forcely reduce permanent labor and also increase temorary labor.temporary labour wages is 450/- to 630/- approximately.only 53yrs old a labour will be retired by the company.Company is running only for their acid production.

...e mark. Though work culture is average, the company policy needs to be improved. The salary of the employee is irregular. There is pay cut in last year for 6 months.

Salary payment They never pay on time.Employees have not received salary for the past 3 months. No job security.They sack employee any day. One suggetion never join this company.You are good to be unemployed than doing charitable job forr the company at your own expenses.

Terrible Management running the organisation. No vision. Pathetic chairman & it's team ruining BK Birla's good image. Loss making company. No policies.Even a Mudi dukan is better than the company. Everyday employees are under fear to lose their job.
