... Chairman kicks employees at her own whims within one day (No Notice Period). 2. Salary can either be delayed or with no salary for some months. Even They kick off employees without reason, and don't pay the Full and Final Settlement. 3. Even they don't pay to the vendors for the services taken. 4. The Company Chairman expects employees to work day and night without salary. 5. Even the official weekly leaves are not provided. 6. Forget About Increment. 7. Nothing to learn and upgrade. 8. Please don't fall into their traps as they may lure you with 40-50% hike, but when you join you won't get any salary. Hikes will become your bedtime desires. 9. Still if you wish to you may experience it for yourself by joining here, but please do keep a backup.

RECOGNITION FROM HR DEPARTMENT FOR MY WORK AND EFFICIENCY DOES NOT PAY HEED. THEY UNDERESTIMATE OUR COMMERCIAL WORK.WARE HOUSE DEPARTMENT HAVE LOT OF WORK FOR EXPORT AND OTHER FORMALITIES BUT HR AND LABOUR DEPARTMENT THINK THAT WE ONLY LOAD F.G. IN TRUCK IT OUR ONLY WORK

Good work environment and support team members. Company policies are good.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Increments are not properly. Middle management not properly explain the practical problems.

...as literally screwed the entire company, it’s growth, employees, shareholders. He has never brought the company into profit however has always ensured to make his personal benefits grow with high salary. He is the most biased person I have ever seen and has spoiled several careers. I don’t know how come such a reputed Group is bearing him for such long period. He should be thrown away immediately regardlessly.

Even after facing business loss in 2020 lockdown, all employees were paid their due salary for all months without business. Kudos to management for this.

Don't find any career growth and likewise in the organization for secondary region like mine.
