Dislikes

People not Leave the company they Leave their immediate manager. Eastern region position in the span of 4/5 years 3 people left already reason everyone's know. If anyone Focussing right direction then he may be barred to perform his duty by using wrong power at his position. Except East region all region is doing good.

Dislikes

1) No work life balance 2) If you came in morning shift you have no choice to go home on time, you have to stay here for 12 hrs minimum that too without any OT or comp. off. 3) Mentally harassment on the name of safety. 4) Operators are treated like god, no accountability. 5) HR department focus on leaving on time, they have nothing to do with the oversitting staff. 6) No manpower to work, production department forced to meet the deadline without manpower. 7) No assessment on NVA activities of production staff, management just giving more and more work. 8) No focus on reducing the paperwork, for every error there is only one solution - Fill the paper. 9) Nothing for skill development, no external trainings. 10) Food is worst, top management avoids having lunch and bring their home made food in office.

Employees are very less so an individual can create there good image.

Dislikes

...Worst quality lunch and dinner(committee members cary there lunch from home ) 5. No fair salary distribution. 6. Operators are God no one take actions against them. 7. Worst safety culture and quality culture. 8. Hirings were hold for 4-4 months and remaining employees do job for 12 hrs without OT 9. Operators get OT but staff not.
