The company is good in terms of compensation and benefits however growth is limited. There is good work-life balance. There are lot of amusement activities over the year.

There is no skill development programs and initiatives, because of which growth is also restricted. The biggest issue is the job security because of which the attrition rate is high.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
