Excellent work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transperent.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

inconsistent water supply, poor customer service, or billing issues, which doesn't give self satisfaction

I would like to work with KWA mostly all the permanent staffs are helping and lovable persons individually I like all and no pressure in works and all.

Dislikes

I dislike the people who working with us in the same post ie temporary workers with high experience they will not help us to improve in our work and all.

I completed several works with kerala water authority, examples of my carrier is, water tanks, water treatment plants, bridges, pipeline works, office buildings.......... etc. Im very happy to inform that, my all works are commissioned with no complaints. My senior officers give to me all supports to complete the projects.

Well, it's a good place to work. Will get more experience about the work knowledge. Teammates are good and helpful, always ready to help you when you need them, more like a family.

Dislikes

Mainly job security, it's kind of more political influence needed.
