I like to work in kims hospital, becoz iam more comfortable with the work place and more opportunities for see and study and knowing the conditions. So am happy with working as a kims staff. . .

Salary is the main problem and, staff shortage, these are the two things are very commen issue

i am no longer a staff of kims,but as long as i know about their way of perfection, surly the co-team providing the best way of hygienic for all the staff as well as the patient care. the have the best team for housekeeping department.

KIMS is the one of the well known hospital in Indian and Middle east. I am weary happy to be a part of KIMS also the hospital provide me a lot of Opportunity to study new technology in IT sectors.

Support from the authorities which is transparent , adequate staff support , mandatory continuous nursing education to update staff knowledge , staff appraisals are up to the point with salary hike and bonus every year, standard patient care can be delivered based on company policies and norms. Excellent infection control practices ensure both staff and patient safety .

Dislikes

There is a 2 year compulsive bond should be signed during joining along with a 30 000rs DD. In between if the candidate leaves the hospital neither experience certificate nor the amount paid will not be refunded by the company.
