Training should be conducted more effective and fruitfully, it need pre planing and post planning works while deciding to conduct a training.

There is nothing much I don't like about the work here. But I have a suggestion about the time bound The work we had actually requires some time but due to the short time period the work was done in a hurry burry.

Likes

KILA is reputed government organisation. The work culture is comfortable. Work satisfaction level is so high. But the remuneration part bites. There will be no monetary appreciation at least for an year or two or more than that.

1. Additional work and responsibilities apart from the assigned role 2. No increment or appreciation
