On time salary big office premise good teammates though higher management is not good

Fixed timing from 9 to 5:30 (if you get late for office you will get half day's salary) Fixed timing for tea break and lunch break No leave on Christmas, Eid You need to sit at your designated place except tea break Bad Management: people at higher position shout at their team and it is normal there Do not join this company if you have other offer in hand Lay off at the time of covid Very unfriendly policies were introduced in covid time like you need to sell Kent's product to get your salary as if your work doesn't matter and another rule was you need to be online on zoom with camera on till office timing else your salary will be deducted

This is bad behaviour all senior like RM abuse speak all executive and not salary given my last 3 months may 2024 my joining and last August 2024 salary not pay Kent RO company RM name is jeetender chawal and my senior jatin manglani also discuss this case but not any information given to me

This is very bad company behaviour my personal experience not pay salary on the time for executive I think that time join 30 to 40 candidate I discussed every executive one by one but not one executive spike Good senior

If ne comer, your Salary will be discussed for Inhand salary, and there is hardly any difference in Inhand and CTC Appraisal 5-6% Promotion rarely happens No matter what position you hold even for smaller thing you are dependent on CMD. Even though people are skilled, but the work culture is such that you need not to used those learning. Last but not the least, forget about new learnings and skill development you will even loose all your past learning and experiences.

Appraisal is not at all good. It's seem like we are working at lala company not in limited, No festival celebration no extra activities . Nothing like a limited company
