Always try to cut salary. They do not care about employee. They deduct salary and EL+ CL including negative EL like -10,-15 EL during lock down days. Salary deduction totally rubish they deduct salary as per , total salary devide by total number of days in a month. No basic salary deduction.

...otice Period of 1 Month. But Lala ji Can sack people with not even 1 day Notice. If you resign and ask for relaxation in Notice Period, Lala ji will deduct full 1 month Salary. HR head has No say in tweaking of rules. They HOLD F&F for more than 2 months without any reason. 40% employees get Sacked within 6 months. If you planning to Join Kent or Kuhl, pls be conscious as I Left my well stablish Job to join Kent and Now I am sitting at Home and waiting for any new Job ..even at 25% lower salary. Don't leave your current job for Kent Please.

If ne comer, your Salary will be discussed for Inhand salary, and there is hardly any difference in Inhand and CTC Appraisal 5-6% Promotion rarely happens No matter what position you hold even for smaller thing you are dependent on CMD. Even though people are skilled, but the work culture is such that you need not to used those learning. Last but not the least, forget about new learnings and skill development you will even loose all your past learning and experiences.
