This company is a subsidiary of Kent RO systems. A typical self centric company. No job security, every day people pray here so that they don't get laid off. No notice before firing. Whole 62 sector company got shut all people got laid off for no reasons without giving any notice, yes but their notice period is 6 month. This company don't have any experience of running IT team they will treat you as their Majdoors. Never join this company if you are qualified enough to find another one.

Firing without notice. Fake promises by senior managers. No work from home.

Their decison making is terrible ,HRs are not actually it in the real sense of the word...You never expect what can happen the next day .Frequently role changes also diturb working here.

Anyone who don't deserve could be promoted as your boss. No supervision knowledge, No self stand for team. Managers is like a puppet. So you can enjoy a good puppet show every day. Its a open invitation who has no goal, dreams, wishes or ethics in the life and how to grow in the toxic slavery env and also if you want to be a contended frog of a pond like their directors. 👍
