Remote working Manager who I worked with was good and knowledgeable in his subject The company has a good leave policy and also gives paternal leaves Month end celebrations for birthdays with team dinner Health insurance for self and spouse One CRM where all your professional documentation is stored Since the company is into iot devices and services, we get a chance to work in a niche industry Well backed by Kaynes group in Bangalore which is a big name in industrial manufacturing machines Fair incentive structure for business development professionals

Dislikes

- not ready to listen to any of the genuine issues of employees - my exit process was not good hence was bitter with this company for sometime - company did not release FNF for the last 10 days i worked with them But anyways, short but bittersweet experience More sweet less bitter
