The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

It was an accidental slip. A teammate mentioned her CTC while we were chatting casually. Same designation, same team, joined after me but her salary was almost 30% more. My stomach dropped. Yeah, working experience with Kemrock Industries and Exports Limited was a distinctive one. This was a high reputation company across the globe in it's several vertices including composite, pultrusion, wind mill blades, carbon fiber, railways, research and development and quality control departments. I had a great opportunity to learn under the meaningful guidance of Company Secretary Mr Dinesh Patel.
