Dear’s, The company Kempinski has been straight forward and black & white with the decisions whether its maintaining a brand standard or advancing a colleague. The only thing I didn’t appreciate about the property was the job security, as it was dependable on the contract. However the overall experience was good, as I learned to work with different nationalities and a very different work culture in a good way. The management if we talk about was not balanced in proper as the people were just been taken for the sake of getting hired, even if they didn’t have the background of hospitality. It’s amazing to work under some of the managers, as what I’ve learned today was because of some of them. Company policies were strict and straight.

*Management *Unofficial policies i.e, changing policies within the property just by deciding only among managers, not involving the corporate. *No OT was been paid in full or sometimes was not given, as they failed to fulfill their own commitments. *Hiring *
