Totally buttering system, if you are buttering to higher management then you are safe and getting good salary ,otherwise you will expell from this organisation, after 7 year of life given to Kemin, they expell out me without any reason, its so terrible, even some person from company still interfare in my career. Bad experience. That kind of person in higher post and spoiling career of other, they giving bettter salary to their luv ones who buttering them regularly, its fact.....

Good work culture and supportive team mates. Office premises is beautiful and well maintained. Lots of opportunities to grow and learn. Exposure to international environment is good.

Frequent changes in the internal environment and adjusting to it is a challenge. Salary is good but growth is slow. Environment is full of surprises ☺️

Incentive scheme for employee is superb, one earns more than his/her salary as incentives.

As the team is big, retention is very high so, the career growth is a bit slow. You compete with your peer a lot for growth.

Overall Kemin is a great company.Around 11 years I have been worked in Kemin. There medical insurance policy was great.

Dislike I would say that if you are doing job on a junior level then your opinion not really matters or your boss will not let your voice to reach at managment.
