Dislikes

It's completely lala company. MD dictates everything. mD changes every 3-4 years. New MD brings all new members at leadership level. No one talks abt Customers, process, innovation or anything that adds value.

The company given trainning for products to perform the sales Job also found secure salary and appraisal are done in time. I have developed the production quality by using innovation and same has appreciate by management but some site work I have not interested to do. Policy of company is good. Work environment also good.
