1. Work Life balance is immense,since most works here is outsourced to others companies The executives only have to supervise the work 2. Canteen - 3 star level canteen with a wide variety of tasty dishes at a highly subsidised rate(Around rs 300 per month) 3. Free transportation to even distant places (Office -Neyyantinkara journey which is 40km from city,is totally free and a decent traveller is provided by company)

Dislikes

1. SALARY An engineer gets 40-45k per month which is peanuts compared to other PSU engineers(IOCL - 1.2LPM,KSEB AE-90KPM,Titanium-70KPM) and definitely MNCs(Engineers here are selected through all India level competitive exam,so we expect a better pay) 2. Clerical work : The post 'Engineer' is just a namesake one.Mostly it's just clerical work.Personally I've worked so hard and studied engineering intensely to crack this job,but after getting in here I have understood nothing is required here You need only 3 things to work here as engineer: 1. Common Sense 2. Microsoft excel 3. Plus two level maths 3. Office politics Backstabbing and unwanted gossips are common here 4. Lack of supportive seniors to give career advices But they can't be blamed because even they don't know what they are doing!!

Less salary offered for experience personal, compared with other industries,and management doesn't address our issue

I like my company very much..because my HOD,teammates ,permanent staffs etc....very helping mentality persons....iam a trainee.....so working knowledge more improving......good environmental surrounding......my ambitions like good technician ....in any company....so also iam used my experience and talented in whre ever working the job.....

Poor management, Lack of skill training, ageing infrastructure, working saturdays and paper work role despite Engineering qualification.

Keltron is a good company I am glad I worked at Keltron.Only one year of training was done.But could not stay there.I really wanted to work there.I miss that one job a lot.Because Keltron is such a good company.
