Company providing very low salary and the company growth only depends upon on workers, not the head of departments. So authorities have to build at least good environment to the workers

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is low

I like the way compny treat every apprentice.they treat every employee equal.also the working hours are social friendly

We don't get much opportunities to work in several area's. We can only learn one area

Working under machines is just like a awesome experience.Every day getting new knowledge.one year training is more helping for me.

Girls only have general shift .That is very difficult and company not allowed hostels for girls .So traveling is the biggest problem.

Working in QA was very good. Many people working there are friendly. There are 3 shifts : 1st 7am -3pm, general 8:30am-4:30pm, night shift 3pm - 11pm For women only general shift. If you are living near the company these shifts are good If you work in maintenance department you can gain some level of skills. Company will provide taxi at night shift (From Keltron to kannur and Taliparamba)
