No Job security, when ever they want they will fire you without notice. Zero office culture. You will experience a new work culture rather than Indian offices.

Everything you can imagine from unprofessional management to cruel cost cutting. We have heard from our colleagues that expectations are not clearly communicated to team members and during review calls inappropriate feedbacks are given to justify that the respective team member is incompetent. There are none to very limited growth prospects and zero job security.

Nothing much, they just focus on numbers. They want you to work on weekends and ruin your work and personal life.

Dislikes

They started making stringent policies. Zero corporate culture. You are just robot here who is coming for work and leaving for home.
