Kelley is good company and is growing very fast in India. The bosses are really helpful and understanding at the same time very demanding and makes you earn your salary the rightful way. I am presently in middle east and my operations manager then have trained me very well that I could sustain in my new role. Salary growth is better than the standard market growth. Keller will always respect your ideas and if it is a good one will always put into implementation however the small your position may be. Work life balance is difficult to get in keller, mainly because the projects are small compared to the big companies and only dealing as geotechnical experts, so there will be lots of transfers and its difficult tobe with your family. But its a great company and anyone who gets chance should join and be a part of keller.

Salary is received on time and there are good facilities for accommodation and food only for Keller Payroll. Medical health checkup is good. Sr. level colleague good.

Duty hours is so long and work life is not balance due to duty hours more than 15 hrs

We can feel that we are in right direction and it's like a family to me. We can develop our professional skills, Project Managers are supportive. Where ever I work, I belongs to Keller Family.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

It is the good platform for employee and family environment with colleagues.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

On time salary, full accommodation, good safety and work culture, good company for quick growth, yearly increments.

Dislikes

Engineer monopoly company, no respect for other departments, internal politics, nepotism from bottom to top, changing work location in almost every 3- 4 months, pathetic work life balance.
