Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.this pressure is very high.sometimes, there is no on-job training for Freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step which is a pain sometimes.

...eld . Maintain proper social distance . Company policy and management is good . They give salary time to time even at the time of lockdown company stopped for two months they gave salary at time .

Nothing bad . The south Indian food is not like by us but it is not the company's fault , it is our problem .

Superiors guided me well in boosting my confidence, acquiring new skills with various opportunities to go abroad for new projects and learning’s. Have received a lot of cooperation from my teammates. Have never worked in a Company as busy as Keihin Fie. Various training programs are conducted which boost the required skill and motivation of an employee.

Dislikes

...stion as there Is always busy working hours and the work load presently is more. Salary-benefits is decent, but growth is slow. I do receive appreciation comments and emails but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals.

Training facility is very good, carrer also well groth, salary also good as per our performance it will go on, cab facility for all shifts and general shift also. Company providing all good facility for all employees. Company having good environment and well developing company.

Company having a good management system, so no issues to dislike the company.
