Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.this pressure is very high.sometimes, there is no on-job training for Freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step which is a pain sometimes.

Have never worked in a Company as busy as Keihin Fie. Various training programs are conducted which boost the required skill and motivation of an employee.

...stion as there Is always busy working hours and the work load presently is more. Salary-benefits is decent, but growth is slow. I do receive appreciation comments and emails but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals.
