The culture and structure here is so worst and everyone at the higher position have big EGO. You can work 1 to 2 year maximum if you are a fresher. Other than that you'll get no recognition. The HR is here is not even a real HR. She's an old lady who works as HR but has no qualification. Unqualified peoples are running this company. Safeguard yourself from my review.

They tune us into a good engineer, and will provide us scope to explore things and experiment.

Dislikes

Work life balance is not at all good and some senior staffs thinking that we are just a slave working for them, he will call you at any time at that you should respond or else he will give bad feedback to HR. Even you are speaking with your parents or someone in phone if his call comes means you should attend it immediately or else he will blast. A famous dialogue once he told, you have time to bath but not time to attend my call, because he was calling during the time am having the bath. These type of attitude should be changed. If the change is good means definitely the company will shine bright as sun

Keechery space N design is a good work environment who are all seeking to gather knowledge in interior like MEP, HVAC & Interior it is one of the best firm and senior members are too good in teaching like proffers.

Dislikes

There is no weekend and weekoff holidays while project is going on time.
