...wont pay salaries. No matter what legal things you do or even go to labor court. They will never ever pay your salary. CEO Rajiv Mathur dont even care about anyone. So Unprofessional he is. They are not running a Company, there are running a Sabji Mandi. HR Preeti says hamari to yhi policy hai and bla bla. They dont give a single F about the employees.

...ople work under a CEO who takes zero accountability. There is no work from home. There are salary delays. Managers are biased promoting only those who have no backbone to call out whats wrong with the company. You might end up devoting heart and soul to the company. But they will not care.

... am relieved to have left this toxic environment in time, thus saving my career. Also to note, they don't have clients and just Reliance and Honda which leads to struggling financially to pay employees on time. No quarterly parties or even celebration of employees bday on their special day. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

The company is complete disaster. Not only do they fail to pay their employees on time but are also drowning in financial mismanagement. The toxic work environment is fueled by rampant internal politiocs that would make even the most cutthroat politicians blush. The female bosses especially Kanika, Stuti, and Divya, are notorious for their backstabbing and petty behavior, constantly sabotaging each other and dragging down anyone who gets in their way. They lack basic professionalism, don't have a clue about their responsibilities, yet someone holds positions like DGM despite being woefully inexperienced. The entire management structure is corrupt, with promotions being handed out based on favoritism rather than merit. If you're looking for a company to destroy your career and mental health, this is the place to be.

...ur life and career in just 1 month just join these company. they are the expert. and yes Don't think about salary because they don't have money. they are bankrupt . and kedman has some legal charges because of fraudulent activity. They are black listed by almost 3/4 of their client companies. the HR Divya is a horrible and pathetic lady so cunning that you will be trapped in her words and will be afraid to death to even ask question . Stay Away from Divya. I repeat Stay Away from Divya . She is a poison that has no cure.

They are best at bullying employees that you can never decide which one is your biggest mistake like joining the company and blindly signing the contract of 1 year or Asking for salary so that you can pay for your living . They are the best example of biggest Red flag company.
