It is the best company I have ever worked in, you get your salary on time no unnecessary deductions from salary.. if you want don't take any week off you will be paid for that.. easy leaves approval in case of urgency everything at its best

Internal politics, power in wrong hands.. and the one who has power provides you the increment on the basis of flattery not on the basis of work.. and that person can also terminate you because of his/her personal issues with employee... at that time they don't see the that how good you are at your work.. how much efforts you put for the company... everything is good but because of some people name of the company is getting spoiled

Company was good but hr was not helpful to junior I was clearly mentioned when I was left the company about my relieving letter but more than 45 days still i am waiting for confirmation

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
