...oyees termination even if they are wrong. Very strict about timings like school. a 1 min delay will mark as half day and will cut your salary even if you are new and didn't know about it. Will not give you warning, Direct cut your salary I strongly advised people who are doing job there please immediately search new and if you are about to join doing join untill you don't have any other option.

This company is froud and after completing the training it's work cluture like centre jail and every person from other department interfere in your work and after completing the work with out issue mark the attendance absent and after joining if you take in emergency leave with in 60days then you will not get the salary of complete month in this company manager is appointed only for name because only one HR approval is right if manager give the approval for any kind that will be null and void. At the time of salary hold salary and on call said don't come office stay your home after that not give any response from every person of management and not reply to calls and emails. And deny to security to inter the company. So I request you every person do not apply to this company for job. This is not my issue every 2nd person issue who was join this company. We totally 10 person join from Delhi , Noida , Gurgaon and Rajsthan and Maharashtra. At the time of salary hold every person salary and not give any response from last 12thJune 2023 because in this company salary paid on 12th of every month as per their norms not as per appointment.

Every thing about the company company is not providing salary on time and not a full salary even they are not providing travelling allowance or they are asking to employee for training purpose we have to come on your own money there are saying employee that they will reimburse the traveling convence but they are not providing for the same, the company is doing frod with his employee, I will not suggest any one to join this company.... Even they are not providing holidays as well on national holiday also there saying employee to go to on field and do the visit not even Sunday they are giving the holiday

...lling Benefits :- No travelling will provide if you won't make 8 demo in a week. Offer letter :- You will get offer letter where your salary won't be mentioned. Bond:- You need to sign 2 years of bond without any awareness of the policy. The worst thing is that they will let you all of the things after competition 8 days of training. Before training and at the beginning of training they won't let you know about the any policy. I will personally suggest never join the organisation.

...t to fool you. Job description explained and roles and duties will be no match. They will hold salary for no reason. You will have to beg for your salary if some leaves taken while on field. No proper work policy. They will call for 12 days training at Jaipur, Rajasthan but they will not pay for travelling. Travelling expense has to be borne by candidate while stay expense they will take care. Everything will depend on Hr and managers mood.
