I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.

KD company is good as compare with other company because all compensation and other benefits are getting on time to each employee. I am working with KD logistics from last 3 years with Job security and work satisfaction.

The good thing is there is no strict target given to achieve . Also job safety is there .

... comes to compensation you will not get paid for the kind of work you are doing. Cost cutting is the prime motto. Groupism is another problem. Not recommended for people with high aim.

1.There no job security simpley they are chenging the employees who are asking about salary hikes in anually. 2.managment is controlling the operation with very poor salary's. 3.from last 2-years not increase the salaries reason they telling that due COVID-19 but operation was'nt stopped due to covid in peak lockdown also without any distabence.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.o the job training not given to new joiness. Management ignore lessoning your problems.
