Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

MD is good if you work closely with him.

Dislikes

...s good but decision is not taken fastly. Never clear settlement after relieved. But takes bank cheque of salary amount before Joining. Design department does not support to even thire team mate. No facilities of food canteen. Management invole in miro things Salary always come lately.

Company is not good for future of employees, not even single things satisfactory for employees, all things are against employees. No one is happy to work there. Very worst management for all employees. Every policies are against employees. Regarding learning, there are some things new commerce can learn but later leaving is very difficult because of management.
