Self-learning and handling company politics patiently.

Dislikes

...politics mainly by old employees (Mostly relatives). No yearly increment policy. Sometimes the salary gets delayed. Owner needs to do anger management. some times use offensive language. No notice period if you get fired by the owner.

appraisal are not declared on time, there is no water facility in the bathroom letter, it is dirty, drinking water is not clean there, one has to wait for months even for basic facilities The management here is not sensitive and not mature.

I dont like there cmpny timing(8:30 to 8:30) also the recruitment procedure ( one get 12000/month and other get 15000/month for same designation. There is no facility of compny bus no facilty of tranning etc

Nothing to like about KCL nalagarh plant.

poor management. no fix time duration. poor department co-ordinations. no security policies. no labour benifits. Overtime starts after 12 hour shifts. Single shift plant working 24x7. no weekly off.
