...the HODs are really bad. will make you work after hours and not let you go home. no salary slips, unrealistic expectations, unfair salary deductions, no respect for teachers or librarians. it is like being in a jail. don't come here. traumatic experience.

1. High standard of delivery is expected from employees. 2. Yearly Increment is based on performance only.

...e helpful. Payment is not on account Office assistant preferred on hand in cash No timing two month late salary. So I can not work the job

Likes

The college working is 5 days a week that is beneficial specially for females. Strict time schedule is another advantage as no prolonged hours after college is expected. Good infrastructure and a well equipped cafeteria for students and employees.

Dislikes

The only thing that I dislike till date is that feedback of faculty members given by the students is not discussed with the concerned faculty.

Excellent work culture. If anyone who wants to improve his/ her academics this Institute is an ideal place.

Dislikes

We are currently working on a number of parallel aspects. So sometimes schedule become a bit hectic. And this institute is not for a lazy person. And institute never promotes office politics.
