No job security and not giving any chance to work. HR is worst as HR doesn't know anything about induction training and how it goves to new joinees

There is no policy or management of this company, here the policy and management change according to the person, there is no benefit, no growth.

In my pregnancy.. Company asked me for resign for reason due to my performance.. Company hold my salary till one year and haven't given me maternity.. Till date i have not received my salary & maternity.. I advice not to join this company. Job is not secured. I work more than 5 year.. Company haven't given me maternity.. Very bad Company . . I called multiple time to HR and mail to HR but they haven't reply my mail and not give my salary.. Salary & maternity benefits being pending more than one year. I have one year old baby but till date i haven't received salary & maternity benefits... There is no salary hike in this company..

Poor management, I wonder what their HR do because they don't have any process , and not even one person who takes the accountability of their work. THE stupid people sitting in HO Faridabad thinks themselves boss and behaves like one having duniya ka saara kaam and even with having zero knowledge . If management really wants to make this company and take it somewhere needs to hire effiecient people rather than working with Gadha's,....otherwise raam bharose hai company as it is showing in their mumbai office only 3 staff after 12 years of opening of branch.
