Less carrier growth Politics sometime inside the team No salary growth No appraisal No Proper Management Anyone can get promotion, but they wont consider in giving the salary hike as per the designation Appraisal 5% every year.

Work life balance is valued and promoted. Good job security and good product to promote. If you are looking for peace of mind, this is fine

its not exciting to work for a very long time. Work gets redundant because you dont get bigger and more challenging roles to play in the organisation. My reporting manager was extremely bad and i had to quit because of his politics. If you are looking for growth, this is not the right place

Nothing at all. Proper managers are required for company which Aristo doesn't have. Hr is useless.

One of the worst company in the industry. The branch head doesn't know how to behave with employees. Sarika Wagh always just want to show who is the boss. She wants us to work even on Sundays and not take a single leave. No work life balance at all. Management always favors her simply because she is a woman.

Supporting people only few rare gems in the company.my manager support me very nicely.

Some people Makes their own decisions and changes employee individual decision. People all around who are very much interested in others life than their own business.
