...are not there. There is a HR who is not cooperative. Salaries are always delays. HR gives no salary slips, no increment letter. Hr feels himself like a King, no never picked up your call when you are in need or never calls you back. While giving FNF he plays a round game. When you complete your first round, he tells you another task and after taking 2-3 tasks of round, he disburs salary only after again making at least 2- 3 follow up. HR is Sh. Bhagwan Sharma. Naam bhagwan hai isiliye gali bhi nhi de sakte. Management should take appropriate action to improve there HR policies.

... 5 % . Pure Lala company work culture very bad. Director involved in Every work. After one or two year they think you should leave job because they couldn't increase salary and in less salary they hire new employees.

Salaries & work timings adjustable in company

Dislikes

Salary is not credited on time, salary will be credit 10th to 15th in a month, HR is not responding any calls, If I calls continuously they blocked contact number, they not providing appointment letter, salary slip & experience letter. Totally HR dept. Waste & irritating to all employees.

Nothing as such, It was a business run by family and discussion were taken by seeing the short term benefits for business only.

Most of things like no medical policy for employees, No PF, 1 leave in a month, no paid leaves, no increments to old employees or only for sales people. Zero benefits for employee who is looking to build there career in this company

Below 10% Increment whether you are a superstar or zero output employee, No perks and benefits, No support from company if you get ill and hospitalized. No ESI, Medical Insurance, No PF, No Incentives
