Even though you have written an offer letter with one year under training they will fire you without hesitation/notice/on the spot, Internal politics will suck you, and even you will fight for normal topics like "samples". The dictator (Mr. Kapil) will fire you without any notice; so, think before joining this organization. Job guarantee "ZERO" Support "IN THE AIR" Teamwork "Not at all possible because of horrible management, all clients are already been taken by OLDER employees" you can not initiate new cold calls with them as long as they have already made an entry in ERP", that means it is owned by them not COMPANY or "TEAM-I don't think so they even understand this word" So, where to contact for a new client - NOWHERE, just wait when they announce your "firing".

There is nothing about to like about this blood sucking company

Dislikes

They will make you slave , like you need to travel by bus in every night to other states or districk ,than after reaching there you need to do cold calling blindly, and if you cant fulfil your target than they will make your life not livable. Please dont join this company
