Nothing to say... Heavy politics, work environment was worst, no Job security...

Dislikes

There is no proper management... No training will be provided by the company, no one care about your designation. Service for client was worse.... Worst HR policies, everyone feel like a boss, finally it's not a suggestable company for experienced persons

To be frank, company runs on the basis of sales, when sale is done, few of my clients didn't make the payment, that was the main reason behind my failure. That was the reason to quit the job. As per company policies, it's good.
