The management doesn't care of the employees and the salary offered here is also low compared to other EMS The work hours are long and there is no over time given for the operators also.

Kaynes is good about learning for freshers we need to grow learn alot so kaynes help in learning and boosting our working personality dedication hardwork, salary is although not good at all but for freshers learning matters, here responsibility and post wl be given to grow yourself soon.

I won't give even one star. Its such a worst company. No work life balance. Even ask us work over time, but no pay will be provided. No respect to any one give by plant head. Don't go to this company.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.On the job training is not given to new joinees.
