...ty, Always ask for Collection but not ready to understand real market situation. Salary Hold, TA and DA Hold. No Holiday properly explained by HR. Poor HR. Every time targeting their employees.

Everything, 1.Not providing salary whom they fired. Even they stopped 7- 8 lakh of our whole gujarat staff. 2. We deducted some of our salary in company's private Galaxy bank, now after leaving the organization no one answering my mail and whatsapp. 3. Unnecessary force for sales after making dealer without any season. 4. Many more. 5. 5 HR manager were changed during my wrking period. So as on manager level its too complex of organization policy.

...supportive and his management is very transparent. Huge scope for career growth. Company policies are good, appraisal is fair & they give a good salary hike & bonus every year.
